Cynthia Greco Herr
Cindy is an attorney with over 14 years of diverse legal experience. She worked as Senior Corporate Counsel at Oracle Corporation, and as a litigator at the San Francisco law firm McCutchen, Doyle, Brown and Enersen (now Morgan Lewis). She brings expertise in negotiating and drafting contracts, creating intellectual property strategies and licenses, researching and advising management on novel legal issues, and negotiating settlements of legal disputes. Pro bono legal work has always been important to Cindy. She served as an investigator at the Washington D.C. Public Defender Service, Major Felonies Division. She litigated the claims of physically disabled inmates in a major Eighth Amendment Class action suit against the California Prison Medical Facility in Vacaville, which concluded successfully after an 8-week trial. For the past two years, Cindy has been a volunteer coach for the top ranked Menlo High School Mock Trial team. Cindy met Vanessa Russell and Emily Hinsey while volunteering at a Justice & Diversity Center nonprofit audit in March 2016, and since then has helped Love Never Fails on a range of issues including contracts, trademark, copyright, charitable solicitation law, fiscal sponsorship, case-worker resident privilege, employment law, landlord-tenant, disparagement and trade secret law.
Cindy graduated cum laude from both Dartmouth College and Boston University School of Law. She lives in Menlo Park with her husband, two sons, and her 92-year-old mom. She enjoys dance, yoga, sailing, hiking and reading.
