The E3 program equips organizations with practical tools to strengthen empathy at every level. Through trauma-informed strategies, professional development workshops, and culture-building practices, E3 fosters healthier relationships, clearer boundaries, and more connected workplace environments.

    • Confidential Harvard Bias Assessment (Participants Eyes Only)

    • Review demographics, documents, and policies

    • Results will inform the organization of E3 gaps, which will be used to create an E3 plan.
