Access to safe housing is crucial for survivors' journey to wholeness and restoration.

Since 2011 Love Never Fails has provided long-term safe housing and therapeutic services to over 300 women, men, youth, and children.

LOVE NEVER FAILS HOUSING PROGRAM FOR WOMEN 18 +

Opened in March 2015, this is a survivor-centered and trauma-informed 18-month safe housing program for 18+ women who are victims of Human Trafficking, Domestic Violence, or at risk of Human Trafficking and, or Domestic Violence and their children.

  • We offer wraparound restorative services, including case management, cognitive art & somatic therapy, abuse & addiction classes, mentoring, workforce development, legal services, and family reunification support.

  • PHASE 1.0 — 30 DAYS

    • Program Members are restricted to phone usage within the first 30 days except for their children and service providers. Program Members are supervised during Phase 1.0 to use these devices during dim out. Accompanied by staff at all times.

    • Must attend six meetings per week: 4 recovery, two spiritual

    PHASE 1.5 — 2 TO 12 MONTHS

    • Responsible for getting to and from appointments + programming independently. A bus pass will be provided.

    • Curfew is 5:00 PM.

    • Must attend six meetings per week:

    4 recovery and 2 spiritual

    PHASE 2.0 — 12 TO 18 MONTHS

    • Program members should be going to school or working full-time.

    • Responsible for getting to and from appointments + programming independently. No bus pass is provided.

    • Curfew is 10:00 PM

    • Must attend six meetings per week:

    4 recovery and 2 spiritual

  • No Drug or alcohol use.
    No violence towards yourself or others.

I AM YOUTH ART HOUSE IS A 12-MONTH HOUSING PROGRAM FOR YOUTH INVOLVED IN OR AT RISK OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Girls between 13 and 17 with parental consent

LOVE NEVER FAILS HOUSING PROGRAM FOR MEN AND THEIR FAMILIES

The I AM Launch House is a 6-12 month housing program focused on empowering homeless or trafficked men.

We house men (18+) and their partners and children.

  • Case Management, Counseling, Life Coaching, and Workforce Development.

    We have partnerships with local employers to assist in job placement.

    We also offer financial and homeownership education to our program members.

  • The I AM Launch House is a 6-12 month housing program focused on empowering homeless or trafficked men.

    We house men (18+) and their partners and children.

  • All new Program Members will pay 50% of their income up to $2000 monthly.

    This includes a program Fee of $250. The remaining amount will be placed in a savings account for the program member to utilize for long-term housing, transportation, or educational programs.

  • The I AM TAY House is a young women’s empowerment program for 18-21 year olds and their children up to age 9. We are focused on empowering twelve Transitional Aged Youth with case management, workforce development, financial coaching, ITbiz Technology Academy, nutrition, art, somatic therapy and healthy relationship classes.

    Our goal is to provide healing, empowerment, and economic sustainability for our clients. Each client will exit our program with the following:

    Healing - Deep insight on their personal triggers, emotional/mental health stabilization, self-soothing and self-care procedures, rehearsed and accessible safety plans.

    Empowerment - Communication, trauma, diversity and inclusion education, life coaching, and access to stable and safe mentors who can support them in pursuing their personal goals.

    Economic Sustainability - Financial education, savings account, long term housing, transportation, and trade school/college degree and/or placement in family sustaining career.

  • We will serve women ages 18-21 who are single, pregnant, and/or have children under 9. Our target population includes women aging out of the Foster Care system.

  • Each client will exit our program, having experienced healing, empowerment, and economic sustainability. Our programs include access to education programs such as case management, workforce development, nutrition, art and somatic therapy, ITbiz Tech Academy, a Life Coach, food pantry and clothing.

  • ● The nightly curfew is 12:00 AM PST with the exception of Friday nights when it is 2:00 AM PST. Alarms will be disarmed at 7am PST.

    ● No drug, or alcohol use. Drugs and alcohol testing will be administered randomly.

    ● No violence towards yourself or others.

  • Client’s do not pay program fees. Clients are offered participation in our Save to Live Plan. Clients who opt in to the Save To Live program and engage in financial coaching will receive the following three stipends:

    ● $125 AB12 Emergency Savings Stipend

    ● $125 AB12 Housing, Transportation or Education stipend

    ● $250 AB12 Spending Stipend

    Clients who choose not to participate will receive $125 AB12 Housing, Transportation or Education stipend.

The I AM TAY house serves women ages 18-21 who are single, pregnant, and/or have children under 9. Our target population includes women with a history of Foster Care.

LOVE NEVER FAILS HOUSING PROGRAM FOR PREVIOUSLY INCARCERATED MEN

The I AM Restored House is a restorative program that supports previously incarcerated men.

  • Our focus is on restoring six men in partnership with Centerpoint Day Reporting Center, which will provide case management, financial education, clinical care, and workforce development education. Our ultimate goal is for each participant to leave the program with restorative care practices integrated into their daily routines, leading to improved mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being and greater stability.

    At Love Never Fails, we are dedicated to empowering previously incarcerated men to reach their full potential. Our comprehensive services include safe and secure housing, life skills workshops, and access to our ITBiz Tech Academy, where participants can acquire the skills and knowledge needed to build sustainable careers in a variety of fields. From IT sales and customer service to project management, entrepreneurship, and technician/engineering, we offer a range of opportunities to help you enhance your skill set and pursue your goals.

  • There are no program fees.

  • Program members are expected to work full-time or be in school full-time. Program Members are required to actively engage in Centerpoint’s Day Reporting Center programming, which includes a comprehensive range of services, such as cognitive therapy, case management, job training, and more.
