  • ITbiz 302: SAFe Agile Methodology

The SAFeĀ® Scrum Master course equips participants with the tactical skills and knowledge required to be an effective Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) enterprise environment. Unlike traditional Scrum Master training that focuses solely on the fundamentals of team-level Scrum, this course explores the role of the Scrum Master in the context of the entire organization, preparing individuals to plan and execute Program Increments (PIs) and facilitate Agile at scale.

Participants will learn how to coach Agile teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement across agile release trains (ARTs).
