PROBLEM

Organizations are striving to create welcoming and inclusive environments, but often lack the tools to effectively recruit, onboard, and support individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.

The E3 program equips organizations with practical tools to strengthen empathy at every level. Through trauma-informed strategies, professional development workshops, and culture-building practices, E3 fosters healthier relationships, clearer boundaries, and more connected workplace environments.

OUR APPROACH

Higher Empathy + Higher Trauma Informed = Stronger, Healthier Teams

    • Confidential and anonymous E3 assessment (modeled against seven focus areas for trauma-informed care)

    • Confidential Harvard Bias Assessment (Participants Eyes Only)

    • Review demographics, documents, and policies

    • Results will inform the organization of E3 gaps, which will be used to create an E3 plan.

    Nonprofit rate: $250/hr nonprofit + T&E
