The REDI empowerment initiative provides insight into organizational empathy, trauma-informed best practices, and workshops that serve as a discovery and wellness plan for the identified D&I growth areas.

OUR APPROACH

  • • Confidential and anonymous REDI assessment (modeled against seven focus areas for trauma-informed care)

    • Confidential Harvard Bias Assessment (Participants Eyes Only)

    • Review demographics, documents, and policies

    • Results will inform the organization of REDI gaps, which will be used to create a REDI plan.
