Born and raised in San Francisco, Rachel has been a resident of the East Bay since 2000, where she raised her daughter while building a successful dual career in construction management and fitness instruction. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, she has expertly managed projects valued at over $65 million.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys hiking, pilates, and teaching spin classes. Looking ahead, she looks forward to grandchildren and retirement, while continuing the fight against human trafficking with her longtime friend, Vanessa Russell.
